Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager who operates at the intersection of software engineering, data analytics, and program execution.

You will own large-scale programs as a single-threaded owner, write Python notebooks, build dashboards, and partner with engineering leaders to shape technical roadmaps. This role requires deep technical fluency, strong problem-solving, and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional engineering/Data Science/TPM efforts in tech.
• 3+ years in Technical Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across engineering organizations.
• Own the full lifecycle of programs from ideation to execution.
• Shape roadmaps and influence technical decisions with senior leaders.
• Build dashboards and automation tools to guide programs with data.
• Mentor and grow junior TPMs and engineers.
