Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs with deep technical impact.

You will act as a single-threaded owner, partnering with engineering and product leaders to shape roadmaps and drive accountability, while using Python and SQL to derive actionable insights for senior stakeholders. You will also write notebooks, build dashboards, and contribute to platform-wide transformations, ensuring scalable, cost-conscious execution in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a technical field or equivalent years of experience.
• 6+ years of experience spanning Engineering / Data Science / Technical Program Management in a data-driven environment.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across distributed teams.
• Strong proficiency with Python and SQL, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with data visualization tools and building dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Serve as a single-threaded owner for critical programs and manage dependencies.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to execution and operation.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape roadmaps and decisions.
• Use Python, SQL, dashboards, and notebooks to guide programs with data.
• Build automation tools and internal systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Work across development and platform excellence programs for reliability and performance.
• Drive the operating rhythm to scale engineering systems within cost constraints.
• Mentor junior TPMs and engineers to raise org performance.
