Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent years of experience.
• 6+ years leading cross‑functional software/tech programs in a data‑driven environment.
• 3+ years in Technical Program Management.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale programs across distributed teams.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency for data‑driven decisions.
• Experience with data visualization tools building dashboards and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross‑functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations.
• Act as single‑threaded owner for critical programs, managing ambiguity and dependencies.
• Own full lifecycle from ideation to execution and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps and decisions.
• Use data analytics (Python, SQL, dashboards) to guide programs and communicate insights.
• Build internal tools and automation to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior TPMs and engineers to scale performance.
