Responsibilities

• Prepare for sessions and internal processes requiring due diligence and storytelling.
• Drive the Book of Work aligned to OKRs with engineered roadmap.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis.
• Advise on governance and reporting with human review ensuring delivery standards.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance & Business Management for communications.
• Oversee resource management, headcount and financials within budget.
• Develop cadenced processes to ensure consistent execution.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for exec decisions.
• Lead talent management sessions and promotion radar reviews with HR.
