Job summary
Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF, and DSP. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for RF/DSP/FPGA-based embedded solutions, translating complex concepts into actionable requirements and business cases. Engage with engineering, sales, and customers to align technology with market needs.
The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, multi-year roadmaps, and successful NPI support from concept to launch in a rugged embedded milieu.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline
- 7+ years of RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or defense/embedded markets
- Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and DSP
- Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases
- Strong communication with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers, and leadership
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions
- Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and tech trends
- Translate system requirements into product requirements and roadmaps
- Develop business cases and present to executives
- Lead concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch
- Evaluate competitive products and architectures
- Manage product-line financial performance (revenue, cost, profitability)
- Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and priorities
- Work with sales and customers to identify market opportunities
- Create technical presentations and product collateral
- Support secure customer engagements when required
- Monitor portfolio performance and propose enhancements or lifecycle changes
- Influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex tech clearly
