Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded tech markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain.
• Experience translating technical concepts into product requirements.
• Previous PM experience with FPGA/DSP/RF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and lifecycle management for RF, DSP, FPGA-based solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and trends.
• Translate system requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Lead NPI and product launches with engineering teams.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to executives.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and partners to identify opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive product improvements.
