Job summary

LHC Procurement Group is seeking a highly credible technical leader to drive energy efficiency, decarbonisation and retrofit frameworks for public sector clients in the UK. You will shape standards and strategies, advise on funding opportunities and help deliver sustainable buildings at scale.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients, ensuring frameworks stay innovative, compliant and aligned with market needs while representing the organisation at events and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Experienced built environment professional with strong track record in energy efficiency, retrofit or sustainability-led improvement programmes.
• Deep knowledge of building energy performance and carbon reduction.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of energy efficiency and retrofit frameworks, ensuring they remain innovative and compliant.
• Provide strategic technical leadership on retrofit, decarbonisation and Net Zero initiatives.
• Interpret government funding opportunities and help organisations maximise investment in retrofit programmes.
• Represent LHC Procurement Group at industry events and working groups.
