Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics or related field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor technology development, applications, FTS/FAE, or program management with senior customer exposure.
• Deep technical expertise in advanced logic and/or process technology with HQ R&D credibility.
• Proven leadership of teams and ownership of complex accounts with measurable results.
• Willingness to travel ~4–6 trips yearly and coordinate with HQ across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and own key customer accounts with end-to-end tape-out responsibility.
• Serve as the technical bridge between process technology and customer design teams.
• Drive cross-functional programs and shape strategy across FTS, Account Management, R&D, and Design Enablement.
• Coordinate with Account Management and HQ to protect and grow revenue.
• Build strong relationships with customer, HQ, and team; mentor the team to high performance and resolve complex issues.
