You will engage with leading customers, drive technical programs, and ensure on-time tape-outs through collaboration with North America and Taiwan teams.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, solution architecture, cross-functional leadership, and technical enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Fifteen years of progressive industry experience in semiconductor technology development, IC design, design enablement, or field application engineering.
• Understanding of advanced CMOS processes (FinFET and nanosheet) and the full IC product development cycle.
• Experience in digital/analog/mixed-signal design, library development, or PDk development/physical verification.
• Proven ability to engage with customers, understand technical challenges, and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key customers across North America.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex technical issues related to CMOS technologies and PDKs.
• Collaborate with internal TSMC experts in NA and Taiwan to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Deliver technical training, presentations, and documentation to customers on TSMC technologies and best practices.
