Job summary

SCIGON is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager in Ann Arbor to lead delivery of complex enterprise applications and integration solutions. You will act as Scrum Master, drive strategic project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

The role requires 1-3 years leading project delivery in deadline-driven environments, strong SMB/enterprise background, and a foundation in business analysis, development, or quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field.
• Experience leading complex software delivery projects.
• Proven ability to drive strategic plans and deliverables in an Agile/SDLC environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• PM/Scrum certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solutions.
• Lead development of strategic plans for high-complexity projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to develop delivery plans (scope, risk, staffing, cost).
• Serve as Scrum Master and coordinate across project resources in an Agile SDLC.
• Oversee client/vendor relations to meet service expectations.
• Plan, execute and deliver critical internal projects.
• Monitor metrics and risks; drive mitigation and resolution.
• Facilitate scrum and status meetings.
• Ensure documentation and organization of quality spaces.
• Help establish and improve project management methodologies.
