• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies.
• Partner with technology leaders to align plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Provide clear program reporting and executive updates on progress and risks.
• Influence across teams to achieve milestones without direct authority.
• Support both execution and strategic activities, including roadmaps.
