Qualifications

• 8+ years in advanced application support, configuration, or related technical roles.
• Experience with enterprise data management, analytics, or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
• Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize enterprise applications and data platforms to meet advanced requirements.
• Lead integration of cloud and on-premises data sources into SaaS platforms.
• Provide Level 3 application support and resolve complex Level 2 issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to align with standards and efficiency goals.
• Manage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Ensure all applications comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Act as SME for application and platform initiatives supporting operations and service delivery.
• Provide on-call operational support.
