Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in technical procurement/strategic sourcing in manufacturing.
• MBA or related field preferred; professional certifications (CPSM/CPM/APICS) encouraged.

• Manage supplier qualification, PPAP/APQP/FAI processes.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and supplier negotiations.
