Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers across the lifecycle of parcel automation and material handling solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will analyze KPIs, develop optimization recommendations, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure successful deployments and sustained account growth. Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial Automation or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in technical account management, sales engineering, systems integration, or field engineering in parcel/postal automation.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed parcel sortation technologies and data capture tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts and manage long-term relationships.
• Conduct business reviews, analyze KPIs (throughput, uptime, mis-sort rates) to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering/operations to propose system optimizations, upgrades, and expansions.
• Support sales engineering and business development with technical presentations and ROI analyses.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for internal teams and manage escalations.
