Job summary

IMCD Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Nutrition in the Mountain Region (Utah). You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering technical support, training, and strategic guidance to core accounts while driving satisfaction and growth.

This hybrid role requires up to 50% travel and frequent client visits to ensure successful product adoption and alignment with business objectives. Strong communication and technical acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in Business Admin, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Eng, Materials Science, or related technical field).
• Minimum 2 years’ sales, technical, lab, customer support, or inside sales experience.
• Strong ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for existing core accounts and identify growth targets.
• Conduct planned visits and train clients on product usage and implementation.
• Provide deep technical support, troubleshoot issues, and guide product configuration and best practices.
• Highlight features to drive adoption and upsell opportunities; support sales efforts.
• Relay customer feedback to development teams to improve products.
