Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Customer Experience professional on the DGX team to own technical account management for data connectivity in TurboTax. The TAM focuses on API fluency, tax data partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with IDX platform, product management, and development teams.

You will monitor KPIs, craft roadmaps, provide SME guidance, and maintain an operational feedback loop to deliver high-quality, high-performance tax experiences for Intuit customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; ITIL preferred.
• Strong API and data-connectivity knowledge with customer focus.
• Experience with data analysis tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational contact for strategic tax partners and ensure satisfaction.
• Understand partners' objectives and support tax season readiness.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and solutions to partners.
• Prioritize connectivity issues with product and support teams.
• Conduct partner reviews to share KPIs and insights.
• Own content for partner portal and expand self-serve documentation.
• Contribute to technical docs, best practices, and knowledge base.
• Represent partner needs in product roadmaps.
