Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Customer Experience professional on the DGX team to lead technical account management for data connectivity in TurboTax. The TAM will bridge tax data partners, the IDX platform, and product teams, guiding API usage, banking/payroll workflows, and KPI-driven roadmaps.

You will act as a strategic partner, delivering SME guidance and ensuring high-quality tax experiences for Intuit customers across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical account management or partner-facing technical role in fintech.
• Bachelor's in CS/IT/Finance or related field; Master's and ITIL preferred.
• Experience with APIs, data connectivity and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for strategic tax partners and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Develop deep understanding of partners' objectives and technical capabilities for tax season readiness.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and recommendations to partners.
• Manage and prioritize partner connectivity issues with product and support teams.
• Conduct regular partner reviews to share KPIs and performance insights.
• Own content for the tax partner portal and expand self-serve documentation.
