The role requires API fluency, banking/payroll industry understanding, and the ability to monitor KPIs and drive roadmaps to improve tax experiences for Intuit's customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in technical account management or partner-facing role in fintech.
• Experience with APIs, data connectivity, and tax domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for strategic tax partners.
• Develop understanding of partners' objectives and capabilities for tax season readiness.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and recommendations to partners.
• Manage and prioritize partner connectivity issues with product and support teams.
• Conduct regular partner reviews to share KPIs and YoY insights.
• Own content for the tax partner portal and expand self-serve docs.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Represent partner feedback in product roadmaps when appropriate.
