Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related area.
• 8+ years in a technical account management or partner-facing role in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for strategic tax partners and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Understand partners' objectives and technical capabilities to support tax season readiness.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and recommendations to partners.
