Understand partners' objectives and technical capabilities to support readiness.
Provide proactive technical guidance and recommendations to partners.
Manage and prioritize partner connectivity issues with product and support teams.
Conduct regular partner reviews, share KPIs, and present new features or solutions.
Own content for the tax partner portal and expand self-serve resources.
Contribute to technical docs, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
Represent partner feedback in internal product roadmaps.
