Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary contact and technical owner for a key account. The role spans deployment, migration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance within the Genetec ecosystem, ensuring long-term success and value realization.

You will conduct quarterly business reviews, coordinate with internal teams, and advise on product upgrades or new features to meet customer objectives. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical/business field.
• Minimum 3 years in account management, project management, or field engineering.
• Ability to align client requirements with product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main POC and technical owner for one account.
• Manage lifecycle including deployment, migration, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Conduct QBRs with stakeholders to review usage and priorities.
