Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical owner for a key account. You will guide lifecycle management, deployments, migrations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations, tailoring Genetec solutions to meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with internal teams and conduct quarterly business reviews to define priorities and drive success. You will provide reports on product performance, advise on upgrades, and promote optimization across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, economics or business administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in account management, project management or field engineering.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25% (Canada/US).
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical account owner for one account.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBR) with stakeholders.
• Escalate issues with internal support teams.
• Provide business, technical, and product guidance to the client.
• Maintain Genetec product SME knowledge for the customer environment.
• Identify opportunities to optimize deployments and product usage.
