Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand workforce challenges.
• Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business.
• Partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Grow and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
