Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
Experience sourcing technology talent within software, data, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, digital product, enterprise IT, or engineering environments.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Talent CRM platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Demonstrated experience building pipelines of passive candidates.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
