Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT procurement within large multi-state organizations, strong governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with supplier governance, category planning, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
Experience managing an IT and OT category across a large multi-state organization.
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
