Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is seeking a Sourcing Category Manager to own the technology category within Procurement. You will manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing for SaaS, hardware, and IT services, collaborating with technology leaders to shape Apex's tech landscape.

You will drive 90-day renewal strategies, KPI development, and data-driven recommendations, leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years procurement/strategic sourcing experience, including leading negotiations and sourcing events.
• Certifications preferred: CPSM, CIPS, CSCP (or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Own the technology category end-to-end — Software/SaaS, Hardware/Equipment, and IT-related services.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, contract negotiations, and renewals.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligning vendor spend with Apex's technology roadmap.
• Establish and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top technology vendors.
• Partner with InfoSec, FP&A, and Legal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
