You will partner with HR, analytics, recruiting, and learning teams to drive business success. The position requires driving HR strategy, coaching leaders, and managing enterprise HR projects through a value-driven approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior executives and HR partner groups to drive business success with a HR strategy aligned to organizational needs.
• Lead executives in translating business strategy into a talent strategy fostering an inclusive culture where associates are valued and have opportunity to succeed.
• Deliver and lead talent-related deliverables with HRBPs embedded in the LOB senior leadership team.
• Develop innovative HR solutions and participate in enterprise-wide HR projects to provide systemic solutions to HR challenges.
• Measure HR strategy effectiveness and leverage data to drive actionable insights.
