This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on engineering, product, data, and technical leadership hires, while shaping scalable talent infrastructure for Atomic’s growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving startups, demonstrates strong judgment, and enjoys helping build companies from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally across agency and startup environments.
• Strong technical recruiting background covering engineering, product, data science, AI/ML.
• Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or fast‑paced tech companies.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leaders.
• Excellent judgment in talent assessment and interviewing.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with executives.
• Highly organized, execution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Scrappy and resourceful, comfortable building processes in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Atomic’s portfolio, focusing on engineering, product, data science, AI/ML, and leadership roles.
• Partner with founders and executives to scope roles and drive searches from kickoff to close.
• Advise portfolio leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and compensation benchmarking.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships with top technical talent.
• Develop scalable recruiting frameworks, interview processes, scorecards, leveling, and playbooks.
• Expand Atomic’s network with operators, executives, advisors, and industry experts.
• Manage multiple searches and stakeholder relationships across a diverse portfolio.
• Collaborate with external agencies to support priority hires.
