Atoms is pioneering the fusion of hardware and software to automate real-world operations. This role leads end-to-end recruiting technology, owning platforms, integrations, and AI-driven automation to streamline talent decisions across our org.

You will partner with Recruiting leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering enterprise recruiting technology within Talent Acquisition/People Operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and evolving recruiting platforms across ATS/CRM/sourcing/interviewing/analytics.
• Ability translate recruiting needs into scalable system designs, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting technology roadmap and translate business priorities into investments and requirements.
• Serve as the technical owner of recruiting platforms, handling architecture, governance, and releases.
• Connect process, data, and user experience with cross-functional teammates to improve workflows.
• Lead development of internal recruiting applications from discovery to adoption.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to automate processes and improve data hygiene.
