Aalo Atomics is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles. You will partner with senior executives to define profiles, build targeted hiring plans, and lead end-to-end processes in a fast-growing clean-energy startup.

The role emphasizes executive search, high-volume pipelines, and scaling recruiting infrastructure while delivering a white-glove candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or highly technical roles.
• Experience handling executive-level searches and high-volume pipelines.
• Strong sourcing, market mapping, and passive candidate strategies.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, aerospace, energy, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle and executive recruiting for director, VP, and senior leadership roles.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executives and hiring managers to craft hiring plans.
• Architect advanced sourcing pipelines using networks, referrals, and market intel.
• Recruit for Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Ops roles across orgs.
• Assess candidates rigorously and provide high-quality, vetted recommendations.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview consistency, and employer branding.
