Job summary

Walmart, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Sunnyvale, CA to lead data-driven talent acquisition efforts in Walmart Global Tech.

You will partner with hiring managers to build strategic hiring plans and optimize sourcing, interview design, and candidate evaluation processes. You will leverage market intelligence and analytics to identify risks, influence hiring decisions, and improve candidate engagement across high-volume technical recruiting.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategy and aligning hiring plans to business goals.
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and forecast hiring velocity.
Experience designing targeted sourcing strategies and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and hiring timelines using market data and analytics.

Partner with stakeholders to refine interview frameworks and improve candidate evaluation consistency.
Monitor candidate experience metrics and implement engagement strategies across hiring cycles.
Negotiate offers balancing market data and internal equity to secure top talent.
Identify process improvements using recruiting data and collaborate on technology enhancements to increase efficiency.
