Leveraging market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and build sustainable recruitment models. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, fostering long-term capabilities that support Walmart’s innovation and growth objectives.
