Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruiting professional in Charlotte to lead talent attraction strategies, identify key resources, and recruit top technical talent. You will manage intake with clients, assess qualifications, screen candidates, and guide offers and onboarding.

You will collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence, shaping interview tools, facilitating structured interviews, and building a strong candidate pipeline across mid-manager to director levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5 years of recruiting experience.
• 5 years of behavioral interviewing.
• 5 years using an applicant tracking system.
• 3 years of sourcing via candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (X-ray, FlipSearch, Boolean Search).
• Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates
• Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers

Responsibilities

• Identify and source top technical talent for clients across the organization.
• Conduct candidate assessments and structured interviews.
• Present candidates to hiring managers and coordinate offers.
• Build a high-volume, high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Coach recruiters and share best practices with the team.
• Partner with HR and business partners on recruitment strategies.
• Educate managers on recruitment processes and policies.
• Ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
