• Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and renewal dates.
• Ability to handle confidential pricing, contract, and vendor information.

• Order and coordinate delivery of computer hardware, software, services, and supplies.
• Manage purchasing requests from intake through approval, PO, delivery, and invoicing.
• Maintain records of vendors, contracts, renewals, pricing, warranties, and activity.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, discounts, terms, renewals, and service commitments.
• Analyze spend and usage to identify duplicate or unnecessary products.
• Support vendor selection, quotes, contract reviews, and renewal planning.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IS, IT, and business stakeholders on processes.
• Monitor renewals and provide recommendations on renewals, cancellations, or consolidations.
• Standardize procurement processes, documentation, and reporting for efficiency.
