Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a strategic Manager of Procurement - Digital & Technology to lead sourcing across indirect technology categories, including SaaS, Cloud, On-Prem, and services. You will partner with Digital & IT leaders to shape strategies, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and maximize value from technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, finance, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and IT procurement with demonstrated cost savings.
• Ability to negotiate terms and manage complex supplier contracts.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience using procurement platforms and analytics tools; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Sourcing: drive sourcing initiatives from assessment through RFPs, evaluations, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Digital & IT Leaders to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Optimize Technology Spend by analyzing spend and identifying value opportunities.
• Drive Supplier Strategy and commercial negotiations with tech vendors and service providers.
• Present sourcing recommendations and analyses to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Improve procurement processes and reporting, enhancing efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other partners for smooth supplier transitions.
• Support team development and knowledge sharing.
