Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer, seeks a Portfolio Director, Merchandising & Supply Chain to lead portfolio health, budgeting, and governance across Merchandising and Supply Chain technology.

The role is hybrid, based in Dallas, TX or Akron, OH, and will oversee multiple project managers to deliver high-value initiatives with strong financial oversight and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology portfolio management, program management, or IT leadership.
• Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios and executive financial reporting.
• Ability to lead multiple project managers or program leads across complex initiatives.
• Experience with solution delivery teams, vendors, and senior leaders on large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for Merchandising & Supply Chain within Digital & Technology.
• Own portfolio budgets across capex/opex and ensure disciplined financial controls.
• Oversee multiple PMs, ensure plans, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions are managed.
