Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
• 1+ year of experience in Enterprise Technology Programs.
• 1+ year of experience identifying, assessing, and managing technology risk.
• 1+ year of experience in communications planning and development.
• 1+ year of Continual Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and small scale projects with direct impact on the company.
• Drive projects based on defined priorities with scope, timelines and budget.
• Plan, design, manage and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
• Translate complex technical data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Partner with customers to provide strategic and tactical partnership for delivery.
• Forge relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
• Maintain project documentation and governance.
• Communicate effectively across levels to influence outcomes.
