Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Masters / MBA degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational rhythm of the business for the tower, including the design, execution, and optimization of leadership meetings, business reviews, and goal/OKR tracking.
• Lead internal communication strategies to ensure strategic alignment and transparency across the organization.
• Drive associate engagement and culture initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and inclusion.
• Plan, design, manage and execute project plans across feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
• Identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or elevate as needed.
