Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience required.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• MBA preferred; 6+ years PM experience; PMP/Lean/Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope, timelines and budgets are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate as needed.
• Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide strategic/tactical thought partnership to drive project delivery.
• Establish and uphold team norms, refine operating processes, and drive internal accountability.
