Job summary

Susquehanna International Group seeks a Technical Business Project Manager to own and coordinate complex technology initiatives globally. The role focuses on bridging business, tech, and operations to drive projects from concept through execution.

You will manage onboarding, infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and application enablement while communicating plans, risks, and progress to stakeholders across offices.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or related roles.
• Hands-on technical background in software, systems, or infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong ability to understand applications, systems, and dependencies.
• Proven multi-project management with changing priorities and solid follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple cross-functional technology and operational projects from planning through execution.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate priorities across technology teams and changing business needs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reports, and communications.
• Lead large onboarding and enablement initiatives for technology access and equipment.
• Coordinate infrastructure and operational initiatives including hardware procurement and deployments.
• Act as liaison among business, engineering, procurement, and IT teams.
• Monitor execution, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure delivery.
• Develop knowledge of applications and tech landscape to improve prioritization.
• Coordinate with international teams across offices and regions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes for efficiency.
