Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking a highly organized and technically adept Business Technology Program Manager to own and coordinate complex operational and technology initiatives across the global organization. This role drives projects from concept through execution, partnering with technical leads and aligning business objectives with IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in technical/project/program management.
• Hands-on technical background preferred (developer, sys/infra, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with detail orientation.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps/PM tools.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional technology and operational projects.
• Translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate priorities across technology teams.
• Develop plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Oversee onboarding, hardware lifecycle, and deployments.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects including hardware procurement.
• Act as liaison between business, engineering, procurement, deployment.
• Monitor execution, identify risks, remove blockers.
• Improve prioritization by understanding apps and systems.
• Collaborate with global teams across offices.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency.
