Susquehanna International Group in Bala Cynwyd is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Operations Technology team, responsible for developing systems and processes used to manage our post-trade business activity.

You will manage roadmaps, collaborate with trading, business, and engineering teams, and drive initiatives from new software delivery to enhancements, ensuring stakeholders are updated and projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services.
• Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work autonomously.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage the roadmap of large, long-term projects within our Back Office Operations and Accounting teams, along with milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with our trading, business, and engineering teams
• Approach initiatives that span new software delivery and enhancements to our existing systems
• Ensure internal stakeholders and external resources are kept updated as you manage projects and deliverables within the most efficient timeline

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services
• Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of technical workflows
• Eagerness to learn and a strong ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in a technical concentration is a plus
• Ability to work in our Bala Cynwyd office 5 days per week
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.
