Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in technical business analysis or project management, solid SDLC knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously from our Bala Cynwyd office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis and/or project management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and technical workflow concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and PM tools preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; technical concentration is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Bala Cynwyd office five days a week.

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Operations Technology team which is responsible for the development of systems and processes used to manage our post-trade business activity.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the roadmap of large, long-term projects within our Back Office Operations and Accounting teams, along with milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with our trading, business, and engineering teams
• Approach initiatives that span new software delivery and enhancements to our existing systems
• Ensure internal stakeholders and external resources are kept updated as you manage projects and deliverables within the most efficient timeline

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services
• Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of technical workflows
• Eagerness to learn and a strong ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in a technical concentration is a plus
• Ability to work in our Bala Cynwyd office 5 days per week
