Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience bridging business and technology teams in IT/PM roles.
• Strong technical curiosity with the desire to understand applications, infrastructure, processes, and dependencies.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive success across multiple cross-functional technology and operational projects from planning through execution.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple technology teams, balancing initiatives and changing needs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reports, and communication plans.
• Drive large-scale onboarding and enablement initiatives ensuring technology, access provisioning, hardware, equipment, and logistics are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate infrastructure and operational initiatives including hardware procurement and deployments.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, infrastructure, procurement, deployment teams, and IT groups.
• Monitor execution, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Develop understanding of applications and tech landscape to improve prioritization and decision-making.
• Coordinate with global offices to align initiatives with international stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes for efficiency.
