Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Project Manager for our Operations Technology team, focused on back-office systems and post-trade processes in Bala Cynwyd. You will own the roadmap for large, long-term initiatives and work with trading, business, and engineering teams to deliver milestones.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, clear communication, and the ability to drive improvements across new software delivery and existing platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services.
• Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of technical workflows.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap of large, long-term projects within Back Office Operations and Accounting teams, with milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with trading, business, and engineering teams.
• Approach initiatives spanning new software delivery and enhancements to existing systems.
• Ensure internal stakeholders and external resources are kept updated to deliver on time.
