Qualifications

- 7+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations management experience.
- Experience in high-volume technology distribution or reseller environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce costs.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments; negotiate carrier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, 3PL partners, and manufacturers.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive best-practice improvements using technology.
- Monitor KPIs and data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and customer service to align logistics with goals.
