Job summary

Dakotaland Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and strengthen purchasing and sourcing across Sioux Falls or Watertown, SD. You will build supplier partnerships, optimize inventory, and drive cost, cash flow, and continuity improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing purchasing/supply chain and 3+ years of leadership, with strong ERP/MRP knowledge and a track record in strategic sourcing and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance management.
• Experience in raw material replenishment, inventory turns, and excess inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage supply chain team across locations.
• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies, including supplier selection and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Oversee raw material replenishment and inventory strategies to optimize inventory investment and turns.
• Collaborate across locations to align supply plans with production demand and priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, communicating performance and risks.
