Subway, headquartered at Franchise World Headquarters, LLC, seeks a Sr. Regional Technology Lead for the Latin America and Caribbean region.

Based in Miami, you will translate regional priorities into a coherent tech roadmap and guide delivery of key initiatives, advising the President and leading a team of PMs and tech leads to ensure reliable day-to-day support and disciplined execution. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, delivery, or IT management, including Latin America/Caribbean experience.
3+ years of experience directly managing project managers or tech leads.
Experience managing a portfolio of technology projects with budget, timeline, and risk management.
Strong executive communication skills with senior leaders on technology matters.
Experience partnering with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including global tech functions.
Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred for regional scope.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within the LAC region.
QSR/retail/franchise experience preferred.
Familiarity with regional tech support models preferred.
PMP/Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the technology strategy and roadmap for the LAC region.
Serve as the primary technology advisor to the President, LAC Region.
Build relationships with regional leaders, franchisees, and stakeholders to reflect regional needs in tech investment.
Represent LAC tech interests in enterprise planning discussions.
Lead regional tech projects from initiation to delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Establish governance across the regional project portfolio.
Collaborate with global tech teams, vendors, and third parties on shared platforms.
Prioritize and sequence regional projects with leadership.
Manage key LAC tech vendors and their SLAs.
Own regional tech support outcomes and system reliability.
Define and monitor SLA and operational health metrics.
Ensure escalation paths and incident management are in place.
Lead, coach, and develop PMs and tech leads.
Build team capability and bench strength; hiring and performance mgmt.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
