Job summary

Subway is seeking an International Technical Lead based in Miami, FL to drive large-scale technology initiatives across international regions. You will guide detailed solution implementations, align with architecture teams, and ensure reliable operations across consumer-facing and back-end systems.

You will work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to align on scope, requirements, and schedules, while delivering high-impact, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years experience developing production software
• Hands-on experience architecting, solutioning, delivering, coding, maintaining, and securing enterprise solutions
• Proven experience as Technical Delivery Lead or similar role
• Strong background in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON parsing
• Excellent communication across stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architecture teams to guide solution implementations for large-scale projects.
• Provide operational support to keep systems running and resolve incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on scope, requirements, and schedules.
• Lead detailed application solutioning and issue resolution with engineering leaders and partners.
