• Evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, collaboration, and performance.
• Lead optimization of core business systems (Yardi, CRM, reporting, and enterprise platforms).
• Identify, implement, and promote responsible AI and automation solutions across the organization.
• Develop standards and best practices to support adoption of emerging technologies.
